Export a bank-statement PDF as OFX (Open Financial Exchange) — the structured format Quicken, QuickBooks and many tools import directly, with transaction types and unique IDs.
OFX (Open Financial Exchange) is a structured financial format that many desktop and online tools import natively — Quicken, QuickBooks, Xero and others. Unlike a plain CSV, OFX carries transaction types and a unique ID per line, which reduces duplicate imports.
Drop the PDF on bankpdf and choose the OFX export. The file is a standard OFX 1.x document you can import wherever OFX/QFX is accepted.
QFX is Quicken's branded variant of OFX. The bankpdf OFX export imports into most tools that accept OFX; some Quicken versions are stricter about QFX specifically.
It carries transaction types and unique IDs, so imports are cleaner and less prone to duplicates.
